The implementation of an effective Safety Management System (SMS) becomes mandatory due to ICAO and EASA requirements. The training of every employee is one of the requirements of the ICAO standards and EASA regulations. Our Web-Based Training (WBT) offers a flexible solution to fulfil the training requirements of ICAO and EASA for crew members and ground personnel.
Our Web-based SMS training provides your employees with the required basic SMS knowledge. The course focuses on the importance of making hazard reports and how hazard reporting integrates with other parts of a functioning SMS.
This training will be delivered individually in a computer web browser. Upon completion, a certificate will be sent to each participant and/or and e-mail address selected by you as customer.

All personnel having a safety critical function within the organisation (e.g. flight and cabin crew, maintenance, ground personnel, etc.)

The web-based training, consisting of a video presentation, examples, definitions and interactive demonstrations, is tailored to fulfil the ICAO and EASA requirements. At the end of the training, after passing an examination, a certificate will be issued as a confirmation for the successful completion of the SMS training.
