Patrick Lutz

At Aviation Quality Services Patrick Lutz is responsible for leading the team of auditors based in Frankfurt, Dubai, Johannesburg and Hong Kong. He furthermore signs responsible for the overall development of the audit programs served by AQS, such as IOSA Standard. In addition to these managerial tasks he frequently acts as IOSA Auditor and as an IATA accepted trainer for IOSA auditor trainings (IAT). Before joining AQS, Patrick gained more than a decade of experience in senior management positions within commercial airlines to include responsibility for Quality Management, Safety Management, Security Management and Corporate Communications. Patrick is fluent in German and English and speaks basic Spanish.

Cpt. Charl Dutoit
Senior Lead Auditor

Charl Dutoit joined the Aviation Quality Services auditor team in 2003. His background in the aviation world includes 42 years of pilot experience, general management and management in flight operations, training and flight safety with international airlines. Charl is fluent in English, German and Afrikaans.

Teoman Ozdener, M.Sc., P.Eng.

Before Teoman Ozdener became a member of the Aviation Quality Services auditor team in 2004, he had supported major international aviation consulting organisations in Washington DC as their Director/Vice President of Technical Services for over 12 years. He has over 36 years of experience in every facet of the airline and aerospace industry, including operation, maintenance, design, manufacturing, quality and safety.
He was a registered authenticated Lead Aerospace Assessor for ISO 9000 based quality systems and an accredited Safety Auditor in auditing management systems concerned with safety and he has written various technical articles and given speeches concerning quality systems and trends in global aviation.

Werner Putzler

Werner Putzler became a member of the Aviation Quality Services auditor team in 2006. Since then, he has conducted numerous audits on 4 continents. He has over 17 years experience in maintenance, aviation quality and general airline management. Werner is fluent in English, German and Afrikaans.

Felix Hart
Senior Lead Auditor

Felix Hart joined Aviation Quality Services in 2007 after a 40 year career in military and airline flying. He has airline experience in general management, Flight Training Centre and operational management and as a flight examiner. Felix has a degree from London City U in Air Safety Management.

Vesna Petrak
Senior Lead Auditor

Vesna Petrak has been working for the Aviation Quality Services auditor team since 2004. Her experience in the aviation world includes 20 years in the airline industry in various organisational departments. Vesna was engaged in the implementation of quality & safety programmes. She is performing training based on her experience. She is fluent in English, Croatian and can understand Slavic languages.

Stefanie Trombi
Senior Lead Auditor
Stefanie Trombi joined Aviation Quality Services as an auditor in 2006 and has conducted numerous IOSA audits all over the world. Born in Australia (of Italian heritage) and living in Austria since 1999, Stefanie is a real expert in culture assimilation. Her background in the aviation world includes 22 years of ground, cargo, security, safety & quality operations, holding management positions and finally working for the Corporate QA department of a leading European airline as Senior Auditor. Stefanie is fluent in English and Italian, her German is intermediate.

Anders Åkesson
Senior Lead Auditor
Anders Åkesson joined the Aviation Quality Services auditor team in 2007. He has over 20 years experience in flight operations, safety management and quality management from different airlines. His quality experience includes ISO9000, EU-OPS and IOSA as well as Lean and Kaizen. Anders has a degree in Air Transport Management. He is fluent in English, Swedish and understands basic Spanish and German.
