ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) is an audit programme for ground handling companies serving airlines at airports. We as your Endorsed Training Organisation (ETO) would like to support you by reducing or avoiding ground and equipment damage costs. With the ISAGO Familiarization Programme you are able to improve operational safety and efficiency.
Our experienced aviation auditors that have been approved by IATA are pleased to help all Ground Service Providers (GSPs) worldwide in preparation for ISAGO audit. They explain requirements such as ISAGO Standards and Recommended Practices (GOSARPs) and how you can fulfil them. Our auditors can also make a gap analysis before the ISAGO audit and after that they can do the corrective actions in order to fulfil all ISAGO requirements.
Through the ISAGO Familiarization Training we prepare you to undergo an ISAGO audit from which you will benefit in safer operations, fewer accidents and less injury to personnel.
Target Group
For headquarters it is quality, safety, security or training manager or all managers responsible for the operations. On the station level it is station managers or supervisors.
Prerequisites
Must be familiar with the Ground Service Providers (GSPs) operations
Objectives
Preparation and understanding of ISAGO requirements (GOSARPs) in order to undergo an ISAGO audit and to be certified as ISAGO Ground Service Provider (GSP)
